Happy Halloweeeeennnnnnn from the grade 4's! 

Math:
Today in math we explored mass and capacity. We will continue this lesson tomorrow and will finish the in class work tomorrow. No Math homework was assigned as it is anticipated students will be out trick or treating tonight.

Unit of Inquiry:
Today in U.O.I we continued to work on our science fir projects by continuing to do our research while also creating our hypothesis and getting our list of materials together. We will continue our research tomorrow and hopefully begin testing our theory on Monday.

Good afternoon SJA parents Today the grade 4s began their Data Management Assignment. They conducted a survey about the religious demographic of students and teachers in grades 1-5. For this assignment, the grade 4s are being challenged to collect data, create graphs, and interpret their findings using concepts and terminology learned throughout the unit. This is a two day assignment, so the grade 4s will have the opportunity to complete their assignment tomorrow.  Today in language   the grade 4s will continued to work on their speeches. Some students have begun their third paragraph (subtopic 2).
