Math
Today in math the grade 4s worked on finding the perimeter of a shape. Homework was assigned in the textbook and workbook and will be taken up next week Monday.
Hello SJA parents! Inquiry into Math: Today the grade 4's completed the unit 3 math test. Inquiry into Language: Today in language we finished our novel Ghosts in the Churchyard!!!! Great job grade 4s we are done our 2nd novel. For homework I have assigned the last worksheet in our package. Students have been asked to write a sequel to the novel. I have gone over all the worksheets that should be done by now in our Ghosts in the Churchyard package. The Ghosts in the Churchyard package will be collected and is expected to be completed in full by Friday . We also have worked on spelling lesson 23 - Our spelling test will be tomorrow. Covid -19 Updates Hello and Good Morning Everyone, As you are now aware, St. Jude’s Academy will be closed for the next two weeks due to COVID-19. As we try to alleviate the spread of the virus, we understand that situations such as these can make things a little more unpredictable than we would like them to be. At St. Jude’s, we take pride in the fact that we are a close-knit and caring community. In response to COVID-19 we are actively working to ensure the health and safety of everyone while continuing to educate and support our students.
