Happy Monday SJA FAMILIES!

Language
Today in language we worked on our grammar package and we worked on lesson 11 in our spelling books. There is no spelling test this week as we are entering into a review week.

Math
Today in math we reviewed how to find the perimeter of an object and now know that the perimeter is the size of the outside of an object. Homework was assigned both in the testbook and in our math workbooks.

Music
Today we also took some time to go over our dance moves and learn the lyrics to our Christmas concert song! More rehearsals will happen tomorrow.

Selling and grammar due Wednesday
Math textbook work

Covid -19 Updates  Hello and Good Morning Everyone, As you are now aware, St. Jude’s Academy will be closed for the next two weeks due to COVID-19. Good afternoon SJA parents Today the grade 4s began their Data Management Assignment. They conducted a survey about the religious demographic of students and teachers in grades 1-5. For this assignment, the grade 4s are being challenged to collect data, create graphs, and interpret their findings using concepts and terminology learned throughout the unit. This is a two day assignment, so the grade 4s will have the opportunity to complete their assignment tomorrow.  Today in language   the grade 4s will continued to work on their speeches. Some students have begun their third paragraph (subtopic 2).
